Naima, a woman battling social anxiety and self-doubt, turns to meditation as a means of escape. But instead of finding peace, she finds herself inexplicably transported to Egypt, where she finds herself an outsider in a world of grandeur and divine femininity. Drawn to the regal presence of the queen, Naima longs to understand what it means to embody such power. Through this surreal encounter, she must confront her fears and recognize that the strength and majesty she admires have always existed within her. Queen of the Nile explores themes of self-worth, spiritual awakening, and a journey of Black womanhood.
