THE PEOPLE’S FILM FESTIVAL OPENS ITS 15th Edition
The People’s Film Festival (TPFF) presented by The People’s Media, Music & Arts Foundation, is thrilled to announce that “Submissions are officially Open” for the 15th Annual People’s Film Festival, Thursday, May 28 – May 30, 2026 in Harlem, New York, inviting filmmakers from around the world to share their stories under this year’s compelling theme: “Who Are You?”
Submissions Are Open
We are seeking films of all genres, including documentaries, narratives, with a special emphasis on biographical films that illuminate the lives of extraordinary exceptional people. Whether your film tells the story of someone who has made a profound impact on their own life, the lives of others, or their community at large, we want to see it! The People’s Film Festival is committed to showcasing cinematic works that explore identity, legacy, and the power of personal impact. We invite filmmakers to interpret the theme “Who Are You?” in fresh, creative ways, and to help us shine a spotlight on the remarkable people who inspire change, hope, and transformation.
SUBMISSION DEADLINES:
Deadlines to submit U.S. and International films for the 2026 People’s Film Festival are as follows:
November 10, 2025—Early Entry Submissions deadline for All Categories
March 16, 2026—Regular Entry Submissions deadline for All Categories
April 6, 2026—Late Entry Submissions deadline for All Categories
